The PSO Nationals Performance Camp is built specifically for the realities of Nationals and other tournaments: long days, repeated matches, pressure moments, and the need to recover fast and play again.

Who This Camp Is For

Recommended level: DUPR ~4.0+ (or equivalent competitive experience).

This camp is for players who:

• Are preparing for Nationals (or similar tournament week) and want a clear preparation plan
• Can already rally and play structured points and want to dive deeper into the nuances of their game
• Want to sharpen drops, drives, resets, dinking patterns, transition skills, court positioning, and pressure execution  
• Value performance habits: warm-up routines, between-match resets, recovery, and energy management because they understand this is what the best players are doing.

Programme Format

• Duration of sessions: 5 days
• Daily structure: 2 x 2-hour pickleball coaching sessions per day (PSO standard)
